Well it happened again! While I was on the bus Ami decided to drop these precious little babies. I swear they came out of the womb a week old!
One boy. One girl.
Boy will be for sale. Beautiful black and white with blue eyes. Possibly polled. Will know soon enough.

Got a wonderful surprise in the mail today. It makes my heart happy to get something hand made from the kiddos.
I save them and find them tucked away.
I even saved the aluminum foil from some cupcakes a special student made for me telling me she appreciated me.

Had some young men from church pop in to learn about the animals and how God gave each one something special that held them survive or makes them unique from other animals.

Had a special visitor today.
Last year I promised I was gonna “hook her up” with a mini Nubian.
Today I made good on that promise.
We have a lot in common. Mostly where she is now and where I was when I was her age.
It has been such a blessing watching this young lady grow.

Welp, the final step for awhile.
The tattoos needed are finally done. I hadn’t been there through it before. It was a little sentimental while it was being done and the babies are a little upset with me but I trust that will be forgotten during feeding time.
Being a farm girl isnt all a bed of roses.

The first little girl, Angel, 31 pounds.
Second is my pride and joy. Ruby 39 pounds.
These sisters rock!

This little buckling is looking for a new place to call home.
His mother, Eda, was second place junior doe at Queen Anne County Fair last year.
His grand dam is an exceptional milker.
His sires side includes Green Gables
