The passionate culinary team, with an in-house butcher, and charcutier, embraces local ingredients, ethnic flavors, and artisan producers to create a farm-house inspired menu. On tap, our brewmaster utilizes a custom on site brewery, a background of science, and a formal education in classic brewing techniques, to produce both traditional and innovative beers.

The Fox's Schedule - Fresh Hopped Black IPA | 7.2%

Combining 120 lbs of fresh Ohio Centennial from Frog Valley Farms, 22 lbs of Michigan Centennial and Vista from Top Hops Farm in Michigan, and a hefty black malt addition from Weyerman Malting, we've gone on a ride. She starts with notes of orange peel and fresh mown hay, before transitioning to flavors of tropical fruit that play against an enduring coffee character that keeps it fresh from start to finish.

OHIO PINT DAY IS HERE! This year's glass was designed by the Ohio Craft Brewer's Association's own Ali Drozdowicz of Quenched & Tempered Brewing Co, in Toledo. They're $6 for a glass or $10 for a glass and a fill. We've limited supply, so snag 'em while they're hot!
