End of June will be here before you know it. We’ve got some Saturday plans that fits the vibe you’ve been craving. 🍻☀️🧘‍♀️

Join us on 06/27 at 11am at for another feel-good all-levels yoga and brew class with Carmen Pomales, a.k.a. leading the flow.

We’ll be practicing outdoors if the weather cooperates, with an indoor backup ready to go if needed. Either way, expect good music, good people, movement, laughs, and all the community vibes we love bringing together.

Carmita’s classes always bring an uplifting, welcoming energy that makes everyone feel comfortable whether it’s your first class or your hundredth. She’s truly incredible.

After class, stick around, grab a drink, hang in community, and support local with us. 🫶 That post-class connection is one of the best parts of these events.
