We're dodging the raindrops this weekend! The Colchester Farmers Market is moving to Priam Vineyards, where we'll be setup nice and dry right under the big tent.

A rare September batch of Molto Vivace is here!! Our aged Vivace, one year old, is medium sharp and fruity with a well-balanced finish and tremendous depth. Molto Vivace is a fabulously complex aged cheese to enjoy with w**e, spicy jams or chutneys, thin sliced salami, or a fruit and nut bread. Come taste this delicious batch and take home a piece for the next few weeks at our farm shop and all of our farmers markets!

Baby news on the farm! 🐮🍼

Three adorable new calves arrived this past Sunday, and everyone is doing great. There is nothing quite like new life in the fields, and these three are already capturing all our hearts.

Want to meet the new additions in person? Join us for our Pasture Walk this coming Saturday! You'll get to stroll through the pastures, learn a bit about how we raise our herd and craft our artisanal cheese, and say hello to the newest little faces of Cato Corner.

📍 When: This Saturday,September 12th. The first walk will take place at 10:30 a.m. and the second walk will be at 12:30 p.m. please make sure you wear boots as it can be muddy in the pasture. There is no charge to attend but parking is limited so get there early.

While you’re kicking back, the real hardest workers on the farm—our ladies—don't take a day off! Celebrate the holiday with Cato Corner Cheese and honor the non-stop effort our girls put in 365 days a year to produce that lush, delicious milk.
Swing by the farm shop on Saturday from 10am to 4pm and Sunday from 11am to 4pm or any of our weekend farmer's markets to load up your long-weekend cheese boards and burger-toppers! Don't forget the self-serve option at the farm shop when we're not open!

We have a special announcement to share with our Cato Corner Farm family. At the end of September, our wonderful staff member, Francesca, will be leaving us as she steps into an exciting new chapter: starting her own family! While we are going to miss her warmth, dedication, and energy around the farm more than words can say, we couldn't be happier for her and her growing family.
