Denver steak is in my top 5 favorite cuts… and somehow it’s still one of the best-kept secrets. 🤯
If you’ve never tried one, you’re missing out.
It’s incredibly tender, packed with rich beefy flavor, and usually costs quite a bit less than the “popular” steaks. We like to keep the seasoning simple: salt, pepper, a hot cast-iron skillet, and a little butter. That’s all it needs.
Don’t sleep on the Denver steak. It may not have the fame of a ribeye, but it’ll absolutely earn a spot on your favorites list.
