8 O'clock Ranch A family owned grass based ranch in the beautiful St. Our family ( John, Kassandra, Eathon & Cole) want to serve well. Jeremiah 17:7-8

Lawrence River valley in Upstate NY, raising pastured beef, pork & chicken as well as offering local honey, maple syrup, coffee, and more. We start in the fields and pastures our animals graze and move to the many customers & friends that enjoy the meat, poultry, and other fruits of this wonderful place we call home.

As usual, Independence Day is marked by work. Hay to be brought in, chickens to be tended, cows to be watered. I’m so thankful for the liberty we have in this country;

If you are looking for something for the grill, to share delicious food with friends and family over the weekend, our Store is open from 8am- noon. New sausages (Andouille, Bratwurst and Maple Breakfast) along with all our standard offerings, along with steaks, Brisket and fresh chicken. 🐔
