We got in the freshest hops that Billy Goat Hop Farm could bring us this year and brewed up a crisp, dank IPA with them.

Whirlpooled entirely with Billy Goat fresh Chinook hops combined with a Mosaic & Chinook base merging classic with modern west coast IPA techniques.

Simply put, I love how this year’s version came out. The fresh hops floral and soft notes pop so well while still having a bright, crisp, and light bitterness/body. I hope you enjoy it as well 🍻

It’s the beginning of the best time of the year for breweries, fresh hops!

We went with 100% chinook from our favorite Colorado hop farm Billy Goat Hop Farm again because last year’s Limited Presence West Coast IPA came out truly special.

Be on the look out for the year’s release soon to come in early September.

Few styles of b**r bring me as much joy as brewing young saison.
This one is a mix of spelt, wheat, and oat malts as well as a homage of various hops I had lying around.
