Did you all know GABF is this weekend? Wild I know.

To celebrate one of the biggest b**r festivals we’ve done some digging through our cellars. Both Saturday and Sunday we’ll have different years of saison we’ve made throughout the years available for purchase.

Different vintages will be available on a -very- limited basis. We can’t guarantee something won’t sell out, so if you want it, you better come early.

Full bottles on most varieties will be available to purchase and drink in our tap room, all will be available to-go.

All I Wanted Was Brew has to be the most re-requested b**r we’ve ever made, and for good reason. It’s delicious and it’s back on draft and cans.

The wonderful combination of two of my favorite things: coffee and flavorful low-abv b**r.
Don’t let the humble 5.4% fool you, the aroma and flavor is just like a light roast latte that’s dangerously smooth.

Mixed Culture Saison aged in neutral & gin barrels then conditioned on Colorado wildflower honey & dandelion flowers.

Available on Saturday at the bar in 5 or 8oz pours or 500ml bottles to go.

I’ve wanted to make a saison with dandelions + honey for quite some time now and we did a very, very small batch for our first year’s membership.

After some tweaks to balance the dandelions with our saison blends and culture I’m happy to finally release Changing Times to the public.

This is also our first neutral and gin barrel released which was very intentional. The Family Jones gin barrels botanicals are so lovely but only gin barrels would overwhelm the delicate dandelion aroma and flavor so about 30% of the barrel blend are neutral oak.

Well look who’s back? It’s a belated birthday celebration.

We have a very small, limited keg of a new batch of Second Candle that we will start serving today. No guarantee on how long it will last since the last one went much faster than expected.

Cans most likely available on Saturday, also on a very limited quantity.

Apparently the Broncos are a big deal around Denver, who would have thought?

Anyways, after two years John has finally caved and we’ll be playing all the Broncos 🏈 games (minus Thursday night) on our projector after being asked probably way too many times.

Also, if you ask nicely on other days we’ll happily play your favorite other sports team game if we are able to.

We modeled this year’s Märzen after the darker, more malt-forward Ayinger & Spaten style as well as utilized the amazing Andechs yeast for our first time!

The roasty and complex malts combined with the expressive Andechs yeast give a wonderful pumpernickel bread experience with just enough bitterness from 100% Hallertauer Mittelfrüh hops, this is a really nice treat to welcome the much needed, cooler weather.

Releases this Saturday on draft and 4-packs to go

We got in the freshest hops that Billy Goat Hop Farm could bring us this year and brewed up a crisp, dank IPA with them.

Whirlpooled entirely with Billy Goat fresh Chinook hops combined with a Mosaic & Chinook base merging classic with modern west coast IPA techniques.

Simply put, I love how this year’s version came out. The fresh hops floral and soft notes pop so well while still having a bright, crisp, and light bitterness/body. I hope you enjoy it as well 🍻
