Grab your boots…Field & Feast is TOMORROW, and tickets are still available!

We’re excited to welcome you in partnership with Town & Country Markets for our inaugural Field & Feast experience.

The day includes a personal oyster farm tour at our HQ in Discovery Bay (near Sequim), tidal exploration, fresh oysters straight from the farm, and a relaxed picnic lunch on the water in Quilcene curated with Town & Country Markets.

If you’ve been on the fence, this is your sign to snag your ticket!

Fresh oysters, thoughtfully prepared food and drink, and an afternoon gathered at the farm.

Life on the water has a rhythm to it.

Most of our days are shaped by the tides, the weather, and the seasons. Shellfish farming means early mornings and sometimes dark nights, sandy boots, changing conditions, and learning to work alongside nature instead of against it.

For five generations, our family has farmed these waters here on the Olympic Peninsula, and now our kids are growing up as the sixth generation alongside us. This special farm was first homesteaded by our great great grandfather at the turn of the 1900s, and caring for it has been passed down ever since.

While oysters are what bring many people to the table, this work has always been about much more than oysters and clams to us. It’s about stewardship, family, and preserving a way of life that is deeply connected to the saltwater and forest uplands.

That’s a big part of why we wanted to partner with to create the Field & Feast field trips. Not just to serve great food, but to invite people into this world for an afternoon…to walk the tidal flats, ask questions, share a meal, and experience a slower pace of life by the water.

We’re looking forward to gathering around the table with old friends and new faces alike.
