Sirpa Ocelli Cellars reminded us this week that it’s been 6 whole years since we adopted Bella.

She is the best dog, fur family member we could ask for her and she has been an awesome winery dog.

Fun facts about Bella:
🐶 Breed: super mutt though she is 💯 herding dog (Australian Cattle Dog is her biggest chunk and Aussie shepherd is the 2nd biggest chunk)

😍Favorite family member: Laura (kid you not even though Laura is writing this)

😍 Favorite non family member: Sirpa

This weekend — Library release. We’re tasting a sampling from our library with our current tasting flight.

August 1-2 2025–Barrel samples with tasting flight. See how our 25s are processing in barrel. Ocelli Cellars and Stephen Goff Wines will both be pouring 2025 barrel samples with our respective tasting flights.

This weekend, August 1-2 at the tasting room, taste barrel samples from our 2025 harvest alongside our tasting flight and see if you can see where the next bottling is headed.

Meet Sam. 🍷 She’s our tasting room associate—You’ll see her behind the bar most weekends—come say hi.

FUN FACTS:
🍷Sam’s a WSET Level 3 certified Sammmelier, which is a very fancy way of saying she knows a lot about wine and loves talking about it even more.

🏑Sam’s a diehard hockey fan.

🎤🎶 Sam was in a Grateful Dead cover band in the 90s

🎨Sam’s an incredible marbling artist and teacher and her Instagram feed is like living in a colorful dream.

Looking in the rearview mirror is fun. Sometimes you see things you knew were there but you also get fresh perspective on how much fun you had and you get dropped into the context of the present moment.

Now in the tasting room and ready to sell…! 2012 Weber Vineyard Pinot Noir, 2014 Shea Vineyard Pinot Noir, 2015 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir, plus a bottle or 2 from 2010, 2011 and some magnums!

Laura’s high school bestie came to visit us and we had the best time.

Thanks to her family for humoring Laura with taking some photos. Brought back the memories of spending our high school days making silly Saturday Night Live type of sketches on real video tape!

The shuffle board game was not staged.
