Arkansas Youth Expo is in the books! Next up Arkansas State Fair before rest and Louisiana State Fair!

BLOCK R Easter Peeps - 3rd in class in a very tough class. Landed middle of the class so not bad for a home raised heifer! And we are proud to announce she is confirmed bred for a spring baby! And I still can’t thank the three guys in the picture enough for their fit job on her! She looked amazing!

BLOCKR Heartbreaker - second in class against some amazing larger breed bulls since he got sent to an AOB class. Even beat a big one! Came in right behind the bull that went on to win reserve champion Bull.

We are all set up at the Arkansas Youth Expo!!! Showmanship and bull show today, heifer show tomorrow! I’m not sure what show shavings surfing is but it’s entertaining!

Myra says she's now offering training for your show calves. She's done a pretty good job on the two she's working now. Our Peeps has taken two people to showmanship titles, and her into top five now three times, with the latest nailing her a reserve champion title. Heartbreaker here is a heavy headed bull but she's about got him finessed out of it.

Super proud of how this bull is looking. Square hipped, clean fronted and plenty of middle on a solid foundation. He may come up for sale once his show career is done!

Every now and then you sell a calf that you look back and wonder why on earth you sold it. Then the little girl showing it comes up and hugs you and you remember why. We are so proud of Lynnlee and what she’s done with this heifer. This duo is one to watch out for this fall!

I still remember the day this happened. Sitting in my dorm room and we weren’t sure if it was an attack, an accident or what. Those were scary and sad days. We never forget

Today we remember the twenty‑fifth anniversary of September 11th.

A day when time seemed to stand still and every American remembers exactly where they were.

We honor the lives lost, the heroes who stepped forward, and the unity that carried our nation through its darkest hours.

My happy place. Back porch of our family’s ranch in Oklahoma.

Did you know we have two locations?! Yep! Our small place in El Dorado contains our mini Herefords, goats, chickens and other animals.

Our Oklahoma location has our commercial herd of cattle and is the original location. It is still ran by my grandmother and my parents with no plans to stop anytime soon!

“Labor Day stands for America’s greatest natural resource—not its minerals, its timber or its farmland, but its people: Americans who get up early every day and go home tired every night, quietly creating a better life for their families and fellow citizens.” —Gerald Ford
