Well… it’s official. 🥹💛
Today, October 11th, we handed over the keys to Excel Nutrition.
Even typing that feels pretty weird. 😂
When Excel became ours 5 years ago we had no idea just how much this little place would become part of our lives. What started as a business quickly became friendships, routines, memories, responsibility, creativity, community, and one hell of a chapter for our family.
The best part of Excel was never really the shakes or the teas. It was the people…
The customers who walked through the doors every morning. The conversations across the counter. The people who started as customers and somehow became friends. The employees who became family. The kids who grew up coming in with their parents. The people who brought their coworkers, their spouses, their friends, and eventually became part of the fabric of this place.
It was all of you who made Excel what it is!!
And because of that, when we decided it was time for us to move into our next chapter, we wanted someone whose energy felt familiar. Someone who could walk into the community that already exists here and connect with the people who have made Excel part of their lives. Someone who could honor what’s already here while still bringing in new people, new ideas, and a completely new chapter of their own.
And I believe we found exactly that with Excel Nutrition’s new owner…Lilly Lefebvre. 💚
We’re incredibly confident in Lilly and we genuinely cannot wait to watch her flourish. She has an energy and personality we believe will connect naturally with the customers who already love this place, while also allowing her to make Excel her own and bring an entirely new group of people through those doors.
So…today is definitely bittersweet, surreal, exciting, full of emotions and honestly a little hard to put into words.
To every single person who supported us, walked through those doors, shared a conversation, brought a friend, worked beside us, laughed with us, or made Excel part of your routine, thank you.
You gave this little nutrition club a heartbeat. 🥹
Walk in. Introduce yourself, order your “usual”
and go love on Lilly!!!
Lilly, the keys are officially yours. 💚🔑
We are proud to hand them over, excited to see what you build, and incredibly grateful we got to be part of the story before you.
Here’s to the next chapter of Excel Nutrition. 🥤✨
