We’ve been trying to pay attention to what we eat out here at Billie Creek and not eat all junk, and while we DO support local food vendors, we also crock pot 1/2 our meals to save money! We’ve done chicken and dumplings, BBQ pulled pork, corn bread n beans, baked potatoes and nachos! Kim cooked GIANT baked potatoes in the crock pot for the first time and they turned out amazing!

Covered Bridge Day 9! Vendor Day 9! Me! I’m gonna spotlight myself! Meet Elizabeth at Acker Farm LLC. My mobile boutique is parked across the road near the General Store. I’ve got all things goat milk soap related from bars to shampoo/conditioner, shave soap and kits including a pottery bowl and brush, lip balms and holders, bath mix, bath bombs, dish soap, dishwasher soap, dog shampoo and soap accessories like soap lifts, washcloths and soap saver bags. In addition to my day job and soaping, I run Hoosier Handmade Craft Fair & Market with my pal Kim at Seeds of Faith. I have a ton of fun meeting friends at Billie Creek and I’ll be back here as long as they let me come! . Billie Creek is open all year, not just for the festival! Check out their website for their schedule of activities and definitely come see them at Christmas for the beautiful setting and decor!

Do you want to see where we are sleeping Billie Creek?! Seeds of Faith bunks with me inside the mobile boutique! It’s small, but we make it work…a sleep over for big girls! We giggle lots! Notice how the fans are aimed at Elizabeth’s head….and Kim has lots of covers. We are not the same! lol 🔥❄️

Covered Bridge day 8! Vendor 8! Meet Doyle from Sugar Creek Family Farm! Located in Needham, IN, he brings honey from his more than 100 hives, beeswax bars, honey sticks and more! He’s first on the right of the road right into town in the yellow tent. Be sure to stop in and say “hi”!

I can vouch for them too! Didn’t take a picture cuz I was too busy eating! We don’t cook EVERY meal out here, so we grabbed breakfast from Gosia’s Rustic Kitchen and it was all good but those peroigies were to DIE for!

Camp life is pretty great when you have authentic Polish food right across from your booth! You can have some too here at Billie Creek during Covered Bridge or at their Cafe in Sheridan IN!

Day 7 at Billie Creek for Covered Bridge! Vendor 7! Meet Tony with Tinman Copperworks ! Tony is a newer member of the Hoosier Handmade Craft Fair & Market family and we could not be more excited he took a chance and is vending at Billie Creek. He creates unique pieces to add character to your home or yard from his bats, bird feeders, wall art, keychains and more! His talent and imagination are his super powers and they ate on display at Billie Creek until Oct 18, 9 am to 6 pm daily! Stop out and see Tony towards the south end of the property, tent set up first on the left as you park (before the pavilion).
