Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. Their courage, service, and selflessness are the reason we enjoy the freedoms and opportunities we have each day.

As we gather with family around the table this Memorial Day, we’re reminded of how meaningful those moments truly are. From all of us at Slabaugh Farms, we extend our deepest gratitude to those who gave everything for our country and to the families who carry their legacy forward.

The other day I was pulling some meat for a customer and saw this arm roast and thought this would grill up nice! Cut at 2 1/2” thick I threw it on the grill with my usual Hardcore carnivore spices. Pulled it at 140 degrees and it was real good! You need a hardy appetite for this one.
