A creamy potato corn chowder, a crispy fried green tomato BLT, and a rich seafood Étouffée. That is what is cooking today, and it only gets better from there.
The soup of the day is our potato corn chowder, smooth and hearty with a little sweetness from the corn. The Fried Green Tomato BLT stacks cornmeal-crusted green tomatoes with thick-cut bacon and crisp lettuce on toasted bread, with a side of house pimento cheese. And the seafood Étouffée brings real Louisiana flavor, a slow-built sauce over fluffy rice with a classic grilled cheese on the side. All three are here today.
