There’s been lots of generous offers for helping to dig and transplant plants, THANK YOU! I thought I’d make this post to help clarify if people want to come when I’m not home or available. I’ve got a hose, pots, and shovels located next to my farm stand (photo 1) you’re welcome to grab what you need, hose out the pots and take a few of what you like!!
There are two main flower beds that need thinning from the roadway back about 10 feet. One to the south of my driveway that is primarily bee balm (photo 2,3) and a bed that is to the north, next to my large berm (pile of dirt) that is a larger variety of wildflowers (photo 4,5,6) and including some tooth sunflowers that have yet to bloom (photo 7)
If you’re planning on digging, please consider that you must be willing to dig up more than just what you plan on taking home, I am happy to share, but please keep in mind I am asking for help, and my generosity is in sharing the plants I have available for the help I’m seeking.
With that, you are welcome to come whenever it is convenient for you, just please consider letting me know when you’re coming and if you need to leave any pots/ plants out by the road that I should collect, THANK YOU FRIENDS AND COMMUNITY!
