🌿 Greenhouse Update 🌿

A huge thank you to my amazing husband, Mason, for building me a greenhouse completely by hand! Every time I step inside, I’m reminded how thankful I am for him. He took an idea I had and turned it into something better than I ever imagined!

Lately, one of my favorite parts of the day has been carrying Emryn out to the greenhouse to see what’s changed overnight.

This year’s greenhouse is growing:
🍅 San Marzano tomatoes
🫑 Bell peppers
🫐 Blueberries
🥕 Carrots
🧅 Candy Onions
🫛 Sugar snap peas
🌱 Pole beans
🍓 Strawberries
🌿 Basil
🌿 Oregano
🌿 Thyme

Current updates:
✔️ My first blueberry is growing! (It’s very tiny, but I don’t care 😂)
✔️ One bell pepper has officially started turning orange, and I’m hoping one the other plant surprises me with a chocolate or purple pepper, stay tuned to find out!
✔️ Baby carrots are forming.
✔️ Strawberry runners are popping up everywhere.
✔️ Sugar snap peas are being harvested every day!
✔️ Tomatoes are filling the vines.

There’s still plenty of growing season left, but watching this little greenhouse come to life has been such a joy 🌱💚

Today I used a dozen of our fresh eggs and turned them into this dreamy little dessert:
