Made our first Zuppa Toscana of the season last night 🥰 try it for yourself ⬇️

•Cook 1 lb Italian sweet sausage in a pan for 5 min with 1/2C chopped onions and 2Tb minced garlic. Once cooked, add to a medium sized crockpot.
•Add in 2 lbs of golden potatoes, cut however you want
•Add in 1C heavy whipping cream
•Add 3C chicken broth
•Cook on low for 4-5 hours
•After that, add in a couple handfuls of kale, a handful of Parmesan, then cook on low for another hour

Done! We top it with a little Parmesan, and dip bread into it. I usually make a garlic/Italian whipped butter for the bread too.
