We finally have electricity to the shop, barn, and WELL!!! Which means we can finally start moving our animals over! Well, as soon as we fix thousands of feet of fence and build a few shelters/pens.

It’s been a long 4 months waiting for this day! I can’t even tell you how excited we are. This is a big win for us moving forward and rebuilding this farm.

Watching these 3 boys rebuild this farm… now that’s the good stuff.

It’s been a rough few months and we have been getting a lot more losses than wins. But we put our heads down and start digging our way out. It all starts with the foundation 😉

As we form up the foundation of our new coop I can’t help but think how very fortunate we are to be here in this moment. This is where boys learn to be men. Where they will grow up with the knowledge only a farm can teach you. With lessons that so many people have forgotten.

The dream isn’t the end result. It’s always about the journey 🥰

These cuties attended their very first wedding tonight!

It’s been a busy few months at the farm. I took Ranger down to the pond 💙 We got all the cow babies moved over. We cleared areas to build holding pens, emu shelter, new chicken coop, and 2 horse run in shed.

We had the NCRS out to talk about fencing and irrigation and help us build this into the farm it deserves to be.

We secured a herd of registered belted Galloways and registered highlands, coming soon as we get the fences fixed and some irrigation in.

It feels like pushing a freight train uphill but we are getting there.
