It's time to send in the alpaca fiber side samples.
During the day we sheared our alpacas, we collected a sample of fiber from each alpaca to have scientific testing done. These testing results will provide information about fiber characteristics of each individual alpaca. The information we obtain will guide us in our breeding program.
Collecting side samples is a very big deal to Quarry Critters Alpaca Ranch and other alpaca ranches that participate in this practice. For those sending samples to AOA the deadline is

A fiberbank deposit slip is required in each bag. Deposit slips can be created at NEAFP.com/ collections
