Sweet potato slips available now!

Beauregard, the classic orange sweet potato, and the most productive variety we grow.

-Murasaki, a purple skin white fleshed variety that is often labeled as “Japanese” in grocery stores. This is my overall favorite for its productivity, starchy texture, and mild flavor.

-Bonita, a tan skin white fleshed variety is extra sweet and great for pies and sweet potato based confections.

-All purple, as the name implies this one has purple skin and purple flesh. It's less productive than the other varieties, but has a lot more anthocyanins, and that color has some special magic to it!

$1 per slip or 120 slips for $100. We can ship all over the US. $15 for 1-120, $20 for 120-400, $30 for 400-1000.

Getting garden beds ready. Making larger soil blocks for all the minni soil blocks to be transplanted in. Building a hugelkultur german for “Hill gardens” inside the new caterpillar tunnel.
