We are a small family owned homestead, specialized in plants, classes, greenhouses, soap, and generic homesteading know-how.

Our terrarium workshops are about so much more than plants. They’re about slowing down, learning something new, getting your hands dirty, and spending time with wonderful people in our Walipini greenhouse.

Today’s Kokedama class was filled with laughter, muddy hands, beautiful creations, fresh coffee, great conversations, and new friendships. 💚

Watching everyone create their own living moss ball while sharing stories, asking questions, and learning together is exactly why we started offering these classes. It isn’t just about plants—it’s about building a community that grows together.

A huge thank you to everyone who spent their Saturday morning with us! We also had some fun exclusive plant sales and unique greenhouse finds for attendees. 🌱

If anyone is looking for something different to do tomorrow morning, I highly recommend the Kokedama class at Cow Face Farm!

Kokedama is a Japanese style of growing plants in moss balls, and it’s surprisingly relaxing and fun to make. You don’t need any experience, and you’ll leave with a beautiful plant you created yourself.

The class is tomorrow from 8:30–10:00 AM in Lowell. It’s a great way to spend a Saturday morning, whether you come with a friend or just want a little time to yourself.

🌿 Summer mornings are blooming at Cow Face Farm! 🌿

We’ve already had an amazing start to our summer class season. So far we’ve explored the art of Terrarium Making and Plant Propagation, and what has made these mornings so special isn’t just the plants—it’s the people.

There’s something magical about starting your day in our Walipini greenhouse with a warm cup of coffee, good company, and your hands in the soil. We’ve spent mornings learning, laughing, sharing stories, making new friends, and leaving with new plants and new skills.
