We are beyond blessed to share this news!

The h**p industry has officially secured a major win here in Texas. For us at T&T Roots, the most important update is this: THCA is here to stay. A permanent injunction has been granted in our favor, and it will remain in place until further notice.

There are always going to be questions and “what ifs,” but what matters most right now is simple — it is legal, it is available, and it’s not going anywhere anytime soon in the state of Texas.

We’ll be making a follow-up post soon breaking down exactly what remains legal, so stay tuned. We also have some exciting new product drops and educational content coming your way.

Most importantly, thank you — to our customers, our friends, our family, and our community. Your prayers, your support, and your belief in us have meant everything. We’ve felt it every step of the way.
