An update on “Product of USA.”

U.S. Department of Agriculture has launched a national awareness campaign tied to its strengthened standard—limiting the label to products from animals born, raised, harvested, and processed in the U.S.

“This campaign is about rebuilding and earning trust,” USCA President Justin Tupper said. “When consumers can quickly identify products that are truly made here at home, everybody wins—families, rural communities, and the entire U.S. cattle industry."

USCA has long engaged on truthful origin labeling and closing gaps that created confusion in the marketplace and we’re glad to see this step in the right direction.
