These days are HOT! 🥵☀️
We’ve been taking a little pinch of Celtic Sea Salt, putting it in our mouth, and following it with water. 🧂
It gives us sodium + trace minerals, while being unrefined, and helps support hydration and electrolyte balance when we’re sweating. Sodium helps your body absorb and retain fluids, so we especially like doing this on these hot days!
It seems to help us feel a little better and keep our energy up a bit longer. ❤️ Simple little thing, but we love it! You should try it!
(If any company wants to send us some it will not go to waste 😅)

Proud to sponsor this amazing Pre-K soccer team! ⚽️❤️
There’s nothing better than supporting these young athletes as they learn the importance of teamwork, sportsmanship, confidence, and, most importantly, having fun and loving the game!

Wishing them the best of luck for the rest of the season! Go team!
