ADGA registered The Blazin Rosie "Rosie"

7 year old 5th freshener
Just weaned triplets 2 weeks ago. Down to once a day milking yesterday and will be dried off if not in a new home soon. Milked 3C a couple mornings ago before switched to once a day. She does have scurs but we have shown her at ADGA shows without issue. Kids with ease and has always fed all of her kids. When she has had a single I milk her twice a day to empty her. 3️⃣5️⃣0️⃣

How do you preserve lots of eggs?! We are getting about 3 dozen a day right now 😳 I hard boiled 5 dozen the other day. 4 dozen peeled well so I made jalapeno pickled eggs, canned so they're shelf stable. We love them in our ramen, egg salad, on salads, ect.
