We are thrilled to welcome Ally Crick from the Missouri Beef Industry Council, who will be leading an incredible educational journey for our campers this year!

Ally is taking our kids on a deep dive into the world of local beef. From exciting field trips where they’ll see farming in action to hands-on sessions learning about where our food comes from, she’s making the connection between the pasture and the plate.

The best part? After learning the ropes, our campers will get to prepare and eat the delicious food they’ve learned all about!
