What's your weekend cooking project? πŸ–πŸ
There are weekday meals and then there are WEEKEND meals. Weekday meals happen fast.
Thirty minutes, one pan, done.
Weekend meals? Weekend meals are a whole production.
The kind where you wake up and think "today I'm making something REAL."
The broth that simmers for four hours.
The roast that takes all afternoon.
The pasta dough you roll by hand because you have the TIME and today that matters.
Tabby's deep in her weekend project right now.
Flour everywhere, a pot going on the stove, bread rising on the counter, a roast in the oven.
And she looks like she's been at it since morning and has zero plans to stop.
She wants to know YOUR weekend project.
The meal you only attempt when the whole day is yours and there's nowhere else to be πŸΎπŸ–πŸž

Sofi Takes Tabby on an ATV Adventure in the Mountains.
Sofi and Tabby hit the trails on an early autumn morning in Colorado Springs. The golden hour light is warm, the mountains are misty, and the leaves are every shade of gold and red you can imagine. They ride through aspen corridors and red rock passes, catch some air off a dirt ramp, and then settle into the quietest little clearing you've ever seen.
Would you hit the ATV trail first like Sofi, or go straight to making breakfast like Tabby?

What's your go-to movie theater snack? 🍿🎬
Going to the movies is 50% about the movie and 50% about the snack and Sofi will die on that hill.
Because what you carry into that dark room sets the tone for the entire experience.
Popcorn people are classic and committed.
Butter or no butter is a whole separate conversation.
Nachos people are bold.
Eating in the dark with cheese sauce is an act of courage.
Hot dog people are efficient.
Candy people planned ahead.
And soda people? Their cup is bigger than their seat and they're fine with that.
Sofi's got the full lineup on her counter.
Popcorn, nachos, hot dog, candy, a soda the size of her head.
And her paw is already in the popcorn because she knows who she is.
What's YOUR order and do you finish it before the previews are even over? 🐾🍿🎬

After a quiet coffee moment by the shore, they hop into their kayak and paddle out into the golden morning mist. Mountains in the background. Leaves drifting on the water. The only sounds β€” paddles dipping, birds singing, and the gentle river current.
If you could join them on this autumn kayak trip, who are you bringing with you?

Is there a food that takes you back to a specific place? 🍽️⏰

There are meals you eat because you're hungry.
And then there are meals that stop time.
One bite and suddenly you're not in your kitchen anymore.
You're in your lola's house. You're on that trip.
You're at that table with people you haven't seen in years.

The food didn't change β€” but every time you taste it, it takes you right back like a door you didn't know was still open.

Sofi's looking at her plate tonight with a pocket watch beside it and she's got that quiet look on her face.
The one where she's not thinking about cooking.
She's thinking about remembering.
She wants to hear your food time machine.
What's the dish, where does it take you, and who's waiting there when you arrive? πŸΎπŸ½οΈπŸ’›

What's your fall guilty pleasure snack? πŸ‚πŸ¬

Every season has its snack you can't be trusted around.
Summer has ice cream.
Winter has cookies.
But FALL? Fall has the most dangerous lineup of all.
Candy corn that you eat one by one until the whole bag is gone.
Caramel apples that make a mess and you don't care.
Apple c***r donuts that are warm and gone in four bites.
Kettle corn that smells like autumn became a snack.
Pumpkin spice things you swore you wouldn't try but here you are on your third one.

Sofi's standing at her counter reaching toward her pick with the guiltiest little grin and she wants to hear yours.
The snack that shows up every fall and takes over your whole personality for three months.
What is it? No shame allowed πŸΎπŸŽƒπŸ©

What do you cook when you're trying to impress someone? πŸ‘¨β€πŸ³βœ¨

Cooking for yourself is one thing.
Cooking for someone you're trying to IMPRESS?
Completely different sport.
Suddenly the plating matters.
Suddenly you're tasting everything twice.
Suddenly you care about garnish for the first time in your life.

Tabby's been there.
She's standing in her kitchen right now with her full showstopper lineup.
Steak, pasta, roast chicken, and a chocolate lava cake that she definitely practiced twice before tonight.
Her counter looks like a restaurant and she's got that "I know exactly what I'm doing" smile on her face.
She wants to know YOUR go-to impress dish.
The recipe you've perfected.
The one you pull out when failure is not an option.
What is it and who did you first make it for?
Tabby wants the full story 🐾✨🍽️

Soup or stew, and where exactly do you draw the line? 🍲πŸ₯£

This is one of those questions that sounds simple until someone says "chili" and the whole room explodes πŸ˜‚.
Because WHERE does soup end and stew begin?
Is it about thickness?
Chunk size?
Whether you need a spoon or a fork?

Some people say if you can see through it, it's soup.
If a spoon stands up in it, it's stew.
Some people say it's about the cooking method.
Some people say it's a vibe and you just KNOW.

Tabby's got a light brothy soup on one side of her counter and a thick chunky stew on the other and she's looking between them like she's trying to figure out the exact moment one becomes the other.
She wants YOUR definition AND your preference. A
re you a soup person or a stew person?
And where do you draw the line? 🐾🍲πŸ₯£

Some mornings are made for slow sips and golden light.
There's something magical about catching that moment right before the season fully shifts.
If this doesn't make you want to slow down and brew a cup for yourself, nothing will.

If you could sit on Tabby's veranda with a fresh cup of coffee and watch the sunrise over the autumn countryside, who would you bring with you?

What's your go-to potluck dish? 🍲🍽️

Every potluck has a hierarchy.
There's the person who brings napkins.
There's the person who brings drinks.
And then there's the person who walks in with a DISH and suddenly everyone's crowding that end of the table.
That's the energy Tabby's going for.

She's in her kitchen right now with a casserole that smells like the whole house agreed it was the right choice.
Big enough to feed everyone.
Good enough that someone's going to ask for the recipe before the night is over.
She wants to know what YOUR potluck dish is.
The one you've been bringing for years because you KNOW it works.
The one people associate with your name at this point.

Tell Tabby what you're walking in with 🐾🍽️πŸ”₯
