De Muller Vermouths have been made using the same recipe since 1850! Over 150 botanicals are used, many of which are native to the winery’s Mediterranean setting in Reus, near the coast of the Mediterranean Sea in Catalonia. Reus is considered the epicenter of Spanish vermouth and De Muller is historically regarded as one of the top producers in the area. While delicious in a mixed drink, De Muller vermouths are traditionally enjoyed neat, on ice or with soda. Cheers!

In the picturesque village of Unterloiben in the Wachau, Christina and her father Rainer were delighted to launch their new winery in the autumn of 2024. Over the past two decades, Rainer and Christina have gradually built up a total of 8 hectares of some of the best vineyards in the Kremstal such as the Pfaffenberg, the Kögl and the Weinzierlberg.

Father and son winemakers Guy and Jean-Luc Mardon ran the family estate in the heart of Touraine, France, hand to hand for many years. Today Jean-Luc, the fifth generation, has taken over the day-to-day work. Since 1995, the winery has reduced yields and become a member of Terra Vitis, a group that pursues environmentally friendly viticulture without the use of pesticides. Their Sauvignon Blanc is generous, with notes of lemon and grapefruit, and has a good balance of ripe and fresh flavors with crisp acidity and good minerality. Cheers!

Our Furmint is grown in Tokaj, nestled by three volcanoes near the Carpathian Mountains at 1,499 ft above sea level. In 1737 Tokaj was declared the first wine appellation in the world and since 2002 Tokaj is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Some of the best terroirs in Tokaj are selected for this Furmint. The soils, of volcanic and sedimentary rock origin, contain a significant amount of gold!

Semaphore 7 is made in the Alentejo region of Portugal. The proximity to the Atlantic Ocean and the cold air descending from the Serra de Portel allow for a longer ripening of the grapes and contributes to the reputation of the vineyards for its red indigenous blends. Winemaker, José Piteira has been working in the region for more than 25 years. Born and raised in Alentejo, wine was always his passion.
