Greg Swartz and the team at Blacksmith & Jones are responsible for a number of notable documentaries. Those of us in the wh**ky-o-sphere surely know of "Water of Life Film," a documentary around the history and craft of Scotch wh**ky, or perhaps "Independent Spirits," which focused on Independent Bottlers (The J-Team are proud to have been featured in this film!).
Today we sit down with Greg to discuss his latest film, "West of Tradition" which focuses on American Single Malt Wh**ky. So much fun was had during this conversation and we got to understand a fair bit about the film making process.
