We were planning on staying for all 5 shows-but sometimes a very overstimulated 7 year old and god have other plans. We went home after show B-but got to hang out with some pretty great rabbit people-and the weather was gorgeous! Judges shared some interesting comments on the up and coming juniors. She was happy to snag a few legs!

NDFR’s Pansie (broken blue) had her litter of 4 this morning. 2 brokens and 2 lilacs. Lilah wanted to cross her with Rockets Dealbreaker (lilac) who has phenomenal ears and he is definitely growing in to his face -Pansie brings beautiful bold eyes and depth/loin. This is one litter Lilah is excited about for sure! (although you could say the boss is excited about babies in general 🤪)

When your mentor and friend invites you on a road trip-you of course can't turn it down. Thank you so much Jill! We will always have the time there was no gas-at the gas station 😂

Some really great food-and the Michigan Polish people are just so lovely! We cannot wait for Nationals next year here-but we may have to visit again before that 😁 there is a sketchy donut shop we didn't get to…

But the day started off with the polish specialty at 0700 central time. Lilah was TIRED. As you can kind of tell her first picture with the judge…But she and the bunnies did great! Some variety wins, 2nd in a heavy black Sr Buck class.

Show A and Show B Rocket’s Holdmybeer won BOB in a very great youth polish group! He did go on to show B’s BIS selection and got an honorable mention. (The Rhinelander and tan were GOREGOUS.)

Congratulations to those kiddos! 90-96 polish in each show. All of the kids did so great!

Congratulations Rustic-Moon Rabbitry on BOS with a gorgeous black Sr doe. And to the rest of our polish open and youth friends!

Lilahs was of course thrilled with midnight doing so well, but when she got BOS and BOB with her lilac Jr doe Sundance-she was over the moon!

Next weekend is Coldwater! Lilah and I are excited to see the Michigan Polish crew!
