TONIGHT’S THE NIGHT!

Flackets + Flannels is happening TONIGHT from 6:00–10:30 PM at Ruby Ranch!

And if you’re feeling lucky… take a look at just SOME of the incredible $5 raffle baskets waiting for you tonight.

That’s right, just $5 a ticket. Pick the basket you want to win, drop your ticket in, and let luck do the rest!

Tickets are $20 each and can be purchased all the way up until 8:30 PM tonight. We’ll draw the YETI winner at 9:00 PM along with the raffle baskets. The winner does not need to be present to win!

Come for the pulled pork all donated by the Miller Family Farm! Stay for the live music, tractor rides, yard games, bonfires, friends, and maybe head home with something pretty great.

Tonight, around 7 PM, we paused in the middle of setting up and looked up at this sky.

For a moment, the to-do lists could wait. The farm was peaceful, the sunset was beautiful, and we couldn’t help but think: We can’t wait to share this with you.

Tomorrow is Flackets + Flannels.

Behind this evening are countless hours of planning, days of setting up, and a committee that has poured so much time and heart into bringing it together. To our committee, parent volunteers, donors, musicians and everyone who has helped along the way: thank you. Your work makes this night possible, and your belief in Little Rubies means more than you know.

Now, we hope you’ll come enjoy it!

Step away from the full calendars, the kids’ activities, and the things that can wait until Sunday. Gather your friends, invite your family, and give yourself an evening to slow down. Enjoy pulled pork, a tractor ride, live music, a little time around the bonfire.

The weather looks beautiful, and there’s still time to get tickets for our adults-only evening tomorrow, October 3rd come anytime from 6:00–10:30 PM at Ruby Ranch.

Our 18 raffle baskets are just $5 a ticket and a little luck of the draw for a good cause. YETI cooler raffle tickets are also still available for $20 and the YETI winner does not need to be present to win.

Can’t join us? You can still be part of the goodness! Bid on our online auction items through Givebutter before the auction closes tomorrow at 8 PM or make a one time, monthly or donation to support Little Rubies.

Every ticket, bid, donation, and helping hand supports a place where children can explore, learn, and grow and tomorrow, the grown-ups get a little time here, too.

The flannels are ready. The musicians are booked. The pulled pork is coming. The coolers are getting packed. And this year, we have a slightly ridiculous number of ways to WIN while supporting Little Rubies.

Just like always, we’ll have raffle baskets valued around $100 each! Tickets are only $5 and available only at the event until 8 PM. Winners drawn at 8:15!

TWO WEEKS.

In exactly two weeks, the kids stay home and the grown-ups take over Ruby Ranch for the 5th Annual Flackets + Flannels.

And we’ve packed a slightly ridiculous amount of fun into one fall night...
Beersbee + bean bags

Bonfires + Beverages around the fire.
Tractor rides under the stars.
Pulled pork. Lots of pulled pork donated by the Miller family.
And TWO live bands: Stacy K followed by Brandon Grady keeping the Ranch going all night long! Thanks to Mankato Marriage Solutions for sponsoring the music line up this year!

We went big with an online auction and it is a pretty impressive list of goodies! Plus we’ll have raffle baskets where $5 gets you a chance to win some pretty incredible stuff.

🤎 Our 1st Week

And just like that, the 2026–27 school year has begun at Little Rubies.

We found worms beneath logs and weeds worth turning into bouquets. We counted pinecones and rocks beneath the trees. We watched monarchs beginning their long journey south. We built, hauled, climbed, explored and found quiet little places to learn.

Some moments were planned.

Some of the best ones weren’t.

Because when children have the time and space to slow down, nature gives us plenty to be curious about.

Rain or shine, this first week was filled with muddy knees, dirty hands, fresh air, new friendships and the kind of learning that doesn’t always need four walls.

A pretty beautiful beginning to a brand-new year.

Peace Out Summer. You were a good one.

We’re a little late sharing this one…but the Great Farm Finale week deserved a spot on our page.

During the very first week of August, we celebrated our Great Farm Finale, four incredible camp days and 260 campers in ONE WEEK!

We made s’mores around the fire.
We played volleyball and summer games.
We fed our animals and snuggled those baby kittens one more time.
We got VERY colorful during an epic Color War.
We laughed, played, explored and soaked up those summer days together.

And Stunt Monkey from Radio Mankato helped us dance our way through the final hours, with the music cranked up, kids jamming out and one big dance party right there on the Ruby Ranch gravel. 🎶

It was messy. It was loud. It was busy. So so busy.

And it was such a beautiful way to celebrate an incredible summer.

Because this year, something pretty amazing happened.
1,735 campers spent part of their summer at Ruby Ranch.

1,735 opportunities to get outside.
To try something new.
To make a friend.
To build confidence.
To get dirty.
To simply be a kid.

To every parent who trusted us with your child, or children, this summer, thank you. We know what a privilege that is, and we are incredibly grateful that you chose to share a little piece of your child’s summer with us.

It was a busy summer. A beautiful summer. And one we won’t soon forget.

And now, tomorrow morning, we’ll open those doors again for an entirely new adventure…a beautiful new school year. Where we get to welcome 75 new students to Little Rubies.

Thank you, summer. You were really, really good to us.

And to all of our campers, we can’t wait to see you back at the Ranch. 💕
