Recreational Riding and Lesson Programs for Adults and Youth using saddlebred horses. We have been located in the Rice, Gilman, and Foley area for 22 years.

Situated on 62 acres with white buildings, corrals, turnouts, pastures, wooded trails, dirt roads, and an indoor arena with easy paved-road access; we provide a relaxed atmosphere for learning and recreating. We use mainly American Saddlebreds as our lesson horses and board horses of most breeds and disciplines. Our goal is to get others "excited about horses".

Zoey rode Sandy today. They did some trotting and cantering and worked on a figure 8 at a canter. They both did well after being away from each other for two months.

It was cold this morning when Adalyn came to the barn so she brushed all the horses and helped turn out and clean the stalls. She was fulfilled when she left!

With the high temperatures in the negative digits and the wind howling outside, all 11 horses are stuck inside for a couple of days. The foot plus of snow we have will help the ground stay relatively warm but it isn't keeping anything else warm. It's a good thing we have a tough barn manager to look after things. Thank you, Lee! Vicky is limited to cleaning a few stalls and feeding horses and cats. Lee pretty much does everything else.
