Big news! Your favorite ginger beer has been reimagined as Timber Ginger!

We’re excited to announce that Timber City Ginger Beer is rebranding to Timber Ginger, with updated packaging and new flavor offerings. We’ve dialed down the sugar and dialed up the ginger spice, but the great taste remains, as does our commitment to bringing you the most delicious ginger beer around! And we will continue to brew locally with fresh ginger and whole fruits sourced from the PNW!

Our Zero Alcohol Ginger Beer will now be available in 4 packs of 12oz cans - The OG, Blackberry and Strawberry Lemon will be our core year-round ginger beers to start, with plans of introducing our popular seasonals later in the year.

Our Hard Ginger Beer, formerly South Sound Pounder, will continue to be available in 16oz cans for the time being, but expect the move to 12oz cans by the end of the year.

We know transitions come with questions, so please give us a shout. Thank you for your ongoing support of Timber Ginger. We are excited for what’s to come!

Whether you like it boozy or not, mixed or on it’s own, Timber City Ginger beer is the perfect beverage for the holidays! It’s bubbly, it’s spicy and the jewel toned color is as festive as a string of lights.

It pairs well with whatever is on your holiday table as the perfect complement to rich foods - or maybe after dinner if you’ve indulged a bit too much...

Our hard version offers something different than the usual alcoholic options, while the N/A brew makes sure everyone feels included in the celebration.

We are now into full swing with our Blackberry seasonal Ginger Beer in both zero alcohol and hard 5% ABV version.

This seasonal stunner is juicy, spicy, and unapologetically purple.

Using the queen of blackberry varieties, the Triple Crown grown by our friends at Sidhu Farms in Puyallup, these blackberries are as good
as it gets—sweet, jammy, and picked at peak ripeness. Paired with fresh ginger, nothing beats the bold, vibrant color and flavor this brew brings to Fall.

We are deep into the stacks of fresh peach ginger beer, and this one is a banger, both the zero proof and the hard versions.

Using fresh, Saturn and Zee Lady whole peaches from Hollingbery Farms in Wapato, WA, this seasonal favorite is the absolute best part of summer - a perfect balance of ripe juicy peach spiced just right with the freshest ginger.

We are deep into Spring which means our seasonal Rhubarb Ginger Beer is here!

Rhubarb starts off our local season of bounty and gets us jazzed up for the fruits ahead. Our team recently took a field trip out to Sidhu Farms to catch the first rhubarb harvest of the season. Their Crimson Red rhubarb is spectacular; ruby red stalks that taste like a tart, springtime delight!

Sidhu is family-run, and they have some of the best fruit we have ever worked with. They have a lovely, newly-renovated farm store and beautiful, sprawling acres of farmland - their properties truly tell the story of their natural farming ways and and family centered operation. Plan a visit if you are in the area - they will welcome you with open arms and are the most gracious hosts.

Rhubarb is best with a little bit of sweet to mellow out the intense tang it naturally brings with it. When added to our ginger and organic cane sugar, you get a brew that gives you all the good sweet, spicy, sour flavors you hope for.

Our seasonal varieties are as fleeting as the fruit and flowers that inspire them. A good reminder that our brews are best enjoyed fresh!
