Mabel's baby boy has finally arrived!

Baby Ronny was born May 5th!! Mable delivered without issues and has been a great momma!

He will be available once weaned. Ronny can go as a bull calf or a steer, your choice. We expect him to be midsize miniature, halter trained before he leaves and well socialized.

We've been busy around the farm and have been keeping a secret 😁

Baby Ralphie was born April 1st!! Dolly delivered without issues and has been as great momma!

He will be dun in color and available once weaned. Ralphie can go as a bull calf or a steer, your choice. We expect him to be midsize miniature, halter trained before he leaves and well socialized.

It has taken me a few days to recover from our marathon weekend. We are guessing that over the 3 days we likely greeted close to 2,000 people. We were sore, tired and I completely lost my voice but it was so worth it. All the girls did so well and by the 3rd day they were loading themselves in the trailer🤣

We will have 1 more opportunity before Christmas to see the cows, more details coming in the next couple weeks😁

🎄What a fun night supporting the Sparta Community🎄

🐮Dolly, Mabel and Darla greeted hundreds of people! For the cows, we went through over 8lbs of apples, 12lbs of carrots and endless treats. For the community, we gave out exactly 10 gallons and 280 cups of hot cocoa and over 300 pieces of candy. Everything was provided free of charge so no kid had to feel left out of the fun🩷

We loved all the smiling faces, helping kids feed cows for their very first time, educating them about cows and the Highland breed. My personal favorite, hearing them talk about having a highland stuffy at home and this being the very first time they got to see one in real life🥹

This is what truly makes the many hours of prep work and exhaustion at the end of the night, totally worth it. Thank you to Sparta for always puting on such great community events and especially, thank you to our friends and family for always helping us with these events I get us roped into😆 We couldn't do it without you all!

We just added this little lady to the herd yesterday. She's 7 months old but still so tiny! Our family is divided on the name.. the boys think her name should be Darla and the girls think it should be Delilah. What name should we choose?
