We are finally coming up for air after event last Saturday and wanted to take a moment to do a proper thank you. Thank you to our participants, who agreed to show up, despite the weather reports. Thank you to everyone else who showed up and asked questions, made connections. The event exceeded my expectations. Community is important. In a world of instant 128-character answers from the phone in our back pocket, it's nice to look someone in the eye, laugh with them, and maybe try a bite of grass-fed beef heart slow cooked for 14 hours. (It was FANTASTIC BTW, I had a 7-year-old have 4 servings, it made my day) Stay tuned for our next event. We have a couple in the works. THANK YOU!!!!!

We've been really busy this spring partnering with the local wellness community. There's no reason to stop just because we are having a sale. Reach out to ActIV directly for pricing or for more information. All payments for ActIv services will be made directly to ActIV.

We are very fortunate to have Dave spend some time at the store with our customers. This is a great opportunity to get a little free advice from a very knowledgeable guy. Send us a message to book a 10 minute informational consultation. Speaking from personal experience Dave generously spent a few minutes with my 17-year-old discussing his conditioning and diet prior to his wrestling season. His advice was thoughtful and concise.

The Natural Food Exchange will be at the Stoneham Community health and wellness fair. Joining us at the table will be Dave of dichiara_fitness. Stop by and say hello. I’ll be on hand to answer any questions you might have. Dave will be there to bail me out when I get in over my head. See you soon.
