Sunny Meade will be at Ignite Your Passion for Wellness Expo on Tuesday, September 22nd, offering demos of our PEMF MagnaWave machine. The event takes place from 4 pm - 8 pm, at the Birchwood Meadow Event Venue in Swanton, OH.

It’s a bittersweet Throwback Thursday. It’s the one year anniversary without Sonny. We have definitely missed his presence on the farm. Then sadly we lost Lydia last week.😢

Lydia was the sweetest girl. She was quiet and unassuming. I don’t think we can ever remember her spitting. Due to her pleasant disposition, she became the companion for Lily, Pussyfoot and Grace when they needed a stall mate during their sequestered health issues. She never pushed her way to eat first or claim stall space. Even though she was 18 years old, her small teddy bear appearance made her look young and cuddly. In the alpaca world she was considered to present the phenotypical look desired. She too will be missed. RIP Lydia. 💔

ALPACA YOGA
Tomorrow morning’s class will take place as usual in the pasture unless it’s raining. If it’s raining we will hold yoga class in the barn gathering room, with Boomer, watching from the porch overhang. You will be able to greet him and get a photo with him after class. Since the goats don’t visit the gathering room, you are welcome to go to go feed them some treats after class.

Either way, it’s always a fun and unique experience here on the farm. 🙂

Hard to believe we started offering Alpaca Yoga nine years ago, with the addition of our goats Bugsy and Hooper eight years ago. Thinking we’ll have to plan a 10 Year Anniversary Celebration next spring. My how time flies!
