Make it Monday!

🌽 MOOD : When summer corn is just too good to say goodbye to. 🥹💛

So… freeze it! 🌽❄️

Want to keep that fresh summer corn around a little longer? Here’s the easy way:

🌽 Shuck the corn
💧 Boil for 4 minutes
🧊 Give it an ice bath
🔪 Cut off the kernels
🛍️ Bag it up (about 1 pound per bag)
❄️ Lay flat and freeze!

Then when winter rolls around, you can pull out a bag and enjoy a little taste of summer. ☀️🌽

Saving summer, one kernel at a time. 😉

Come visit us at the stand this weekend!!! We now have honey crisp apples in addition to gala and ginger gold. Garlic is out of this world and the butternut squash is HUGE. It's the last weekend for watermelon and cantaloupe and the best time of year for freezing sweet corn to use all winter long ; )
