"Brahman Burgers for Tanya"
Tanya Valdez, one of our outstanding cashiers here at The Ranch is battling cancer and currently in her treatment phase.

To help with her medical expenses, we are bringing back our "Brahman Burger Day" with all of the proceeds going to her medical fund.

Tickets are $12 each.
Burgers will be served at The Ranch Downtown in our drive thru fashion on Friday, February 20th from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

We've cooked up a little something new during our temporary transition while we were out of beef - a re-brand!

When the Cutrer family started their farm to table beef business in 2019, they were a new ranch and felt that a general name like Brahman Country Beef would carry more weight than their individual ranch name. Actually at that time, they were going by B.R. Cutrer, Inc. for the ranch name. As time went on, fellow ranchers just started referring to B.R. Cutrer, Inc. as "BRC" and it caught on. So, a few years ago we re-branded the ranch officially to BRC Ranch. And now, we're saying goodbye to Brahman Country Beef and hello to BRC Ranch Beef! Where we can proudly showcase the local ranch that supplies the delicious beef you love. This time where we have been sold out was a great time for the transition since all the freezers were completely empty and gave us an opportunity to make the switch.

So, next time you get your steaks, you'll notice the label has the new logo. Same product, same family, just now proudly showcasing the local ranch you know and trust for your Brahman beef!
