We are a small family run farm. We raise goats and will be raising and selling microgreens and pasture raised chicken this spring.

We are located outside Winnsboro in East Texas

Here's another reminder that Caboose Jr will be in Quitman at the Wood County Old Settlers Reunion this coming weekend, Oct 31st and Nov 1st.

We will be open by 7:00 on Saturday morning with all the goodies. We plan to be there until 8:00 and will be handing out candy to the kids.

We will have our hot chocolate and coffee available all day.

Sunday we plan to be open from noon until closing or when we run out of stuff

Here we are on another Monday morning in blessedly cool East Texas.
It's finally time for hoodies and jeans and I am SOOOO excited.

For all of you Sophie lovers...this week's $5 drink of the week is the Sophie... our #1 selling drink for 2025 and most likely will be for 2026, I have no doubt. That's a 20oz hot or cold, regular or sugar free Caramel and French vanilla coffee for just $5 (plus tax).
