Hope Distillery An independent distillery in Cape Town producing quality craft gin & other spirits. Ex-lawyers we followed our hearts and turned our hands to distilling.

You can pop past the Distillery in Salt River to buy bottles, or sample our gins, spirits and cocktails at Hope Provisions Store at Longkloof in Gardens A small artisanal distillery in Cape Town's industrial gritty heart, set up by husband and wife team, Leigh Lisk and Lucy Beard. We now make a range of handcrafted gins, including the Hope range as well as Musgrave Gin, Bloedlemoen and Clemengold

and other Cape Town brands. If gin is not what you fancy, try our Esperanza: made from 100% organic agave (what we're not allowed to call tequila), or our small batch vodka.
