Following her recognition as Global Innovation Manager of the Year at the 2026 Icons of Whisky Awards, Heather Tillott, Director of Whisky Creation, marks a decade at Sullivans Cove.

The event will be a wonderful celebration of Heather's journey at Sullivans Cove, creating and discovering some of the world's most awarded whisky.

In a one-on-one with Tasmania's very own Nick Haddow, guests will enjoy an exceptional experience of hand-selected cheese and whisky pairings along with a range of Heather’s favourite whiskies.

Heather Tillott, Director of Whisky Creation, was named Global Innovator Manager of the Year. An award acknowledging innovation within restraint and constraint, grounded in carefully developed processes around cask management, maturation control, and quality oversight. Marcelo Viapiana, Supply Chain Manager, was named Global Warehouse Manager of the Year.
