The ballot for Old & Rare American Oak TD0002 is now open.

Filled in August 2004 and matured for more than twenty years, this single cask yielded just 173 bottles.

Delicate yet powerful, it balances remarkable vibrancy with the quiet confidence that comes only through long maturation.

Around twenty years ago, TD0002 was filled during the first production run at our new Cambridge distillery.

As the still arrived and a new chapter began, nobody knew where that whisky would lead.

Over the next two decades, it remained quietly maturing in our bond store, developing the depth, texture and balance that only time can bring.

Now, just 173 bottles exist.

The public ballot opens on Thursday, 10.00am.

Witches' Brew returns.

For those who know, it needs little introduction.

A long-standing distillery favourite, Witches' Brew is released just once each year and remains available exclusively from the source.

This year's edition draws inspiration from earth, water, air and fire. Four elements brought into balance through experience, intuition and time.

Rich and deeply layered, it brings together jammed red fruits, sweet spice and gentle savoury notes in a whisky built for winter.

Only 224 bottles have been produced.

Following her recognition as Global Innovation Manager of the Year at the 2026 Icons of Whisky Awards, Heather Tillott, Director of Whisky Creation, marks a decade at Sullivans Cove.

The event will be a wonderful celebration of Heather's journey at Sullivans Cove, creating and discovering some of the world's most awarded whisky.

In a one-on-one with Tasmania's very own Nick Haddow, guests will enjoy an exceptional experience of hand-selected cheese and whisky pairings along with a range of Heather’s favourite whiskies.

Heather Tillott, Director of Whisky Creation, was named Global Innovator Manager of the Year. An award acknowledging innovation within restraint and constraint, grounded in carefully developed processes around cask management, maturation control, and quality oversight. The quiet, compounding work that underpins consistency, longevity, and world-class outcomes. Innovation measured in decades.

Marcelo Viapiana, Supply Chain Manager, was named Global Warehouse Manager of the Year.
