Do you know the difference between our Number 1 and Number 2 asparagus?

Kenton explains it best ⭐️

Number 1 asparagus has the tight, pointed tips most people recognize. Number 2 asparagus has spent a little more time in the field before picking, causing the tips to open slightly. 🌱

The flavour and freshness are the same. The main difference is appearance and price. 👩‍🌾

Some customers prefer the look of Number 1s, while others love the value of Number 2s

Over 5,000 lbs of asparagus picked in one day by a crew of six. Pretty incredible start of the season🌱

Soon this bad boy is going out, but we’re still a week or two away.

Right now it’s just a lot of checking, fixing, and “why is this doing that” energy.

We are getting closer 🌱 Not much to see above ground yet, but that’s normal. Asparagus season is coming, just not quite there. Give it a few more weeks and this field will look very different.
