🍷 Meet Martin & Lydia Schuele

Join us at The Crush on King on Saturday, September 19 from 2–5 PM for a special Winemakers-in-Residence Pop-Up featuring Martin & Lydia Schuele of Schuele Vineyards.

The Schuele family’s Niagara story began in 1982, when they moved from Stuttgart, Germany, bringing generations of farming tradition and a passion for growing premium vinifera grapes.

Today, Martin, Lydia and their family farm 100 acres of vineyards along the shores of Lake Ontario in the Lincoln Lakeshore, where the lake’s moderating influence and light loam soils help create wines with freshness, elegance and a true sense of place.

Come meet Martin & Lydia and taste their 2023 Chardonnay, alongside their newly released Fumé Blanc. 🥂

💜 POURING WITH PURPOSE — RIGHT HERE IN NIAGARA 🍷

At The Crush on King, we believe wine can do more than bring people together — it can help support the communities we call home.

We’re proud to support Niagara’s Walk of Hope, benefiting Ovarian Cancer Canada, taking place September 27th at Oakes Park in Niagara Falls.

Together with our Winemakers-in-Residence, Unscripted and The Juice Wine Company, we’re donating wine to the Walk of Hope raffle table to help raise funds, awareness and support for those impacted by ovarian cancer. 💜

Giving back has always been part of who we are. Whether it’s through our wines, our winemakers or our community, pouring with purpose is in our DNA.

To everyone walking, fundraising, volunteering and supporting this important cause — we raise a glass to you. 🥂

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday for our Winemaker-in-Residence tasting with Marlize Beyers of The Long Way Home. It was such a pleasure tasting through her wines, hearing the stories behind them, and spending the afternoon with all of you.
