HIGH WELFARE CHRISTMAS BEEF!🎄
First of our homebred Simmental/Angus cross. It’s taken us just shy of 4 years to produce these next beasts as we’ve raised their mothers too, they’ve been done properly with no expense spared on their welfare. We are none Halal/Kosher.
Our whole purpose for doing beef is we like to know where our food comes from and how it’s been treated in life and death. There’s so much more work that goes into doing these boxes than people think and we hope you appreciate and love it as much as we do. Don’t just take our word for it, most of our customers are all repeat. ❤️
Depending on orders, either one or two beasts will go in. £160 per box and they will be ready at the start of December. They take up a full freezer draw, so please do make sure you account for this before putting your name on the list.
For anybody new here each box roughly contains:
- 2 Topside
- 3 Mince
- 1 pack of 2 Sirloin steaks
- 1 pack of 2 Rump steaks
- 1 Braising steak
- 1 Shin or 1 Stewing steak
And the final item of the box depends on how much of each cut we get from the beast, as we don’t buy any extra in it’s all of the same animal (which is why we don’t do steak boxes)
