Farm to table is our favorite thing around here!

Harry’s favorite “marinated cukes” recipe 🥒

2 to 3- HVF Cucumbers- peeled, gutted, sliced
1- HVF small red onion, sliced thinly
3/4 cup- white granulated sugar (or to taste)
1 cup- water
1 cup- apple cider vinegar
Salt & Pepper to taste!

Mix together and refrigerate for 24hrs, for best marinated flavor! 🥒

It is with heavy hearts; we have to share Mack is no longer here💔

His heart was too big to put in the years,
but the work he did at the farm will never be forgotten.

Mack fit right in with the crew and was always there with a stoic look that said, "you aren't alone". He gave us the warm greetings, gave the "boys" something to argue over, stole everyone's "last bite", he got the boss to roll around on the floor and forget the worries of the farm, he greeted the drivers and most importantly, he knew his boundaries with the cat. Mack knew his job and he sure did it well!
