30 pork chops
9 pork steaks
3 pork roasts
1 rack of spare ribs
12 lbs sausage
2 large ham roasts
1 ham hock
7 packs of bacon
All our pigs have a hanging weight of 90 to 100 lbs per half. Hogs have a very high yield. But I don't have the exact weight as they vary from hog to hog. But we guarantee you get every bit you pay for!
