If you’ve driven by this past week you might have noticed our stand is gone. But we didn’t close! We just upgraded. 😎

Tomorrow will be the debut of the new Freedom Farm Bakehouse. She’s located just 30 feet to the left of the old stand at the end of our driveway. We hope you visit and check her out.

A beautiful loaf is more than a pretty score or an open crumb. The real story is in the fermentation—the blisters, the color, the belly, the crumb, and the time that went into developing the dough.

As bakers, we have the opportunity to help customers understand what makes a loaf truly well fermented and well developed.

Because when customers know what to look for, they can better appreciate the craft behind the bread.

I cannot believe we’re already looking at the August calendar but here we are!!! August is a busy month and you can pretty much find us at both locations all month long! Just taking one week off for a special delivery that I can’t wait to share with you guys. 🤩 Any guesses on what it could be?!
