It's Saturday, it's farmers Market day. We got some gorgeous bouquets 💐 today. In case you're new here. Our flowers are grown chemical free/insecticide free and are harvested yesterday morning. We hope to see Downtown Farmers' Market - DSM from 8am-noon. Only 3 Saturday left of the Farmers Market season.

Good morning. It is a beautiful day today to visit the farmers market. It's nice and sunny. The Des Moines Downtown Farmers Market hours changed from 8am-noon every Saturday for the whole month of October. Hope to see you all.

Check out my fall planters dressed up with some of our favorite dried twigs. They add the perfect touch of height and texture and I’ll be using these same twigs in my winter planters too. If you want to add a little seasonal interest to your porch, we’ve got bundles available at the Floral Sunset Farm Boutique. They're the perfect finishing touch for fall and winter displays.

Teaching a bouquet making workshop this coming Saturday at 12:30pm. If you want to learn my technique on how I put together my bouquets at the farmers market. Sign up, I believe the class is free but if you choose to take home the bouquet it costs $30 or $35 with a drink. Workshop is run by the Des Moines Downtown Farmers Market and it will take place at stuffed olives in Downtown Des Moines.

Floral Sunset Farm received its very first Google review yesterday, and it absolutely made my day. I’ve never asked anyone for reviews before, it was just never in my mind but I should have. For a small business like mine, every review makes a huge difference. It helps new customers discover the farm and feel confident supporting a local grower.

Floral Sunset Farm was established/recognized by the state on March 31, 2021, and because of you and the continued support, Floral Sunset Farm made it this far.
We are wrapping up our 6th season of growing and selling chemical free flowers. And also this year, we opened the farm to the public for the first time, and I’ve learned so much. There’s still plenty of room to grow, improve, and make the experience better.

The shop is bursting in colors. We got some gorgeous dried flower pieces at Floral Sunset Farm Boutique, located at the farm in Dexter Iowa.
Homegrown, handmade, and created just for you ❤️
Our flowers are grown chemical free, no sprays.
Floral Sunset Farm Boutique is Self-Serve and open daily.

Boutique Hours:
Weekdays Noon-7pm
Weekends 8am-7pm
