Join our email list! 💌 If you're interested in the work Calypso does and want to know (in advance!) about events, workshops, camps, CSA shares, etc - our email newsletter is by far the best way to hear about it all.

While we're still using social media as a tool to communicate with our community, posts aren't always seen in time and we're becoming more and more limited on how we can use it.

FB business pages are now only allowed to share 2 links per month (in posts and even comments) without a monthly subscription, which we aren't currently eligible for even if we wanted to be. So, if you don't see a link you need, you can always find everything on our website or email newsletter.

We're using one of our link allowances below for our email signup page!

RAHI students spent the weekend volunteering at Calypso Farm, where they learned through hands-on experience and teamwork. 🌱

Students worked together to carry wood, helped with planting projects, got their hands in the dirt, and explored the important roles that bees, trees, and healthy ecosystems play in our environment. Throughout the day, they supported one another, built new skills, and connected with the natural world in a meaningful way.

We are grateful to Calypso Farm for welcoming our students, sharing your knowledge, and taking the time to create such a valuable learning experience. Thank you for your generosity and partnership—we had a wonderful time! ✨

It might be cold and dark out but the Smithy is toasty! Elizabeth Belz is in her last week of Metal Fest here at Calypso Farm. Metal Fest is a collaboration with the Folk School, offering all kinds of metal classes during October. We worked together to bring visiting blacksmith, Elizabeth up here to share her skills with our community. We’ve loved hosting her at the farm!

What a bittersweet time of year - the gardens are the heart of this place and each year you just have to let them go as the seasons change. It’s sad and it’s also so pretty and peaceful.
