No better way to spend the coldest week of the season than planning my gardens🫛

I may have gotten a bit ambitious in my ordering...ready to get my strawberry on come summertime 🍓 🫣 Seascapes for DAAAAAAAAYS.

Jim has been gently encouraging me to open my patch for some scheduled U pick, I guess 2026 will be the year. Makes me a bit nervous, but growth is often uncomfortable, so I guess I'll get comfy, being uncomfy 🤣

The improvements of the farm shop will continue this season, Jim is already plotting and planning. We are excited to stock some practical and beautiful seasonal items, as well as offer fresh produce and farm products. By collaborating with other local producers we can all benefit, and we can take it back to the good old days when we worked together to serve our customers and community without the unnecessary "stuff". Sometimes we need to look back, to move the needle forward.

Soooo, lots to look forward to. Remember in these long cold days, that spring is coming! Longer days, warmer weather, new life and the ability to renew is on the way!

Oh friends! We've turned the corner, the solstice is behind us, and even though it marks the first day of winter, more importantly, it also marks the promise of longer days ahead! The sun's coming back, slowly but surely 🌞

Take the opportunity to rest as mother nature does in deep winter. But start planning those spring gardens. Dream of that summer abundance, warm breezes and soft grass beneath your feet. Of fruitful harvests and bushel baskets of peace.

Have a wonderful Christmas week. As we flow into New Years, thank 2025 for all it provided, the good and the lessons and pour your hopes and dreams into 2026. May you all be blessed with joyful hearts and a year filled to the brim with good fortune and health!
