Yesterday was a busy day here on the farm!

We hauled two trailer loads of cattle to their summer grazing pasture, where they’ll spend the season enjoying beautiful, lush green grass and plenty of room to roam!

It’s always exciting to see them settle into fresh pasture after a long trip. Here are a few photos and videos from the day as we got everyone moved and turned out on their summer home!

Fun Fact Friday (Saturday) is looking a little different this week!

Come along with us as we head to a Sullivan Supply Show Clinic. Two of our daughters, Andrea and Amber, brought their 2026 fair calves to learn from some of the best and continue growing their skills in the show ring.

We’ll be sharing videos throughout the weekend, giving you a behind-the-scenes look at what we’re learning, practicing, and experiencing along the way. We’re excited to keep learning, improving, and preparing for fair season!

If you live in Alpena County, now is the time to speak up. Reach out to your commissioners and help protect our beloved fairgrounds from the changes being proposed. Our fairgrounds are more than just land, they are a place where memories, hard work, and community come together year after year.
